Kids Martial Arts
Are you a kid? This is probably where you should be! Our kids’ martial arts classes are all about giving kids a well-rounded introduction to martial arts, at the same time instilling perseverance and discipline. Find out more about our kids’ martial arts classes here.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was developed for smaller and weaker fighters to be able to overpower larger, armored ones. Jiu-Jitsu employs many moves, including joint locks and chokes. It’s also a style where the sparring almost always ends up on the mat. Learn a little about BJJ history right here.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
If you’re more interested in striking with hands and feet while engaging in an excellent workout, Muay Thai Kickboxing is the option you’re looking for. You’ll learn an amazing martial art, get limber, and burn up to 800 calories during a class. Check it out here.
