Kru Mark DellaGrotte teaching Muay ThaiYou might think that Mixed Martial Arts is the only way to “mix” martial arts, but you’d be very wrong! Some martial arts play off each other very well and can be combined into others. Not only that, but exercise programs can also go a long way to making your martial arts experience even more fulfilling. Let’s take a look at how our Cardio Thai Boxing classes can make you better at Muay Thai Kickboxing.

It Makes You More Limber

Being able to kick higher and make the most use of your back muscles is a huge advantage in Muay Thai kickboxing. When you attend our cardio boxing classes you’ll constantly be making your body more limber so that you can have every advantage over your opponent. Being more flexible also means that you’ll be less susceptible to injury.

You’ll Build Stamina

You’ll get a good workout in a Muay Thai kickboxing class, but you also have to allow time for instruction and observation. When you take part in our cardio classes you’re constantly working, building up your heart and increasing the amount of time you’ll be able to perform other martial arts.

You’re Building Strengthmuay-thai-1

Your heart isn’t the only muscle that’s getting a workout during our Cardio Thai Boxing classes. These classes also improve your muscle tone by constantly exercising your arms, legs, and torso. And if you’re really interested in bulking up, consider our CrossFit Prototype classes.

You can improve your fighting when you take more than one of our classes here at IMA. Check out our schedule right here.
